Synopsis

Solomon Juxon-Smith is a New York City grocery store worker and political refugee, who's father was the head of state in Sierra Leone. A Forgotten Past is a documentary that tells the story of how Solomon and his family went from West African ruling class, to disappearing into completely new anonymous lives in Staten Island.
