Dr. Chris Chinwe Ulasi is the Film Critique Director for The African Film Festival. He has been a professional communicator, scholar and researcher for over twenty-eight years.
Dr. Ulasi is a screenwriter, producer, director, and poet. He is also a community organizer and builder.
He’s currently the chair of the Department of Radio, Television and Film at Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas.
